Originally designed to provide affordable housing in a semi-rural setting, Moor Pool has since become a sought-after conservation area, blending history with modern living.

A Contemporary Spiral Staircase for a Full Home Refurbishment

Our client was undertaking a complete renovation of their semi-detached home and required a secondary staircase to access the first floor. They opted for a bold, industrial-style spiral staircase, proving that practicality and design can go hand in hand without exceeding budget constraints.

This black steel staircase was designed with non-slip perforated treads, flat bar spindles, and a sleek handrail, offering both safety and style. It also featured landing balustrades around the upper-floor opening, ensuring a cohesive and secure finish. Essentially an upgraded fire escape, this cost-effective solution delivered an impressive visual impact.
