What information do you need to work out a price?

The two main elements that determine the price of a spiral staircase are the floor-to-floor height and the diameter. The height allows us to calculate the correct number of steps. This information enables us to provide an accurate quotation. Unless otherwise specified, the initial quotation will be based on standard materials and include a list of all possible upgrades at the bottom. Depending on the progress of your build, it is unlikely that you will have a perfect specification in mind when initially inquiring about a spiral staircase, so we have found this transparent pricing method very beneficial to clients.

The Process

Step 1 – Quotation

Please select a model and provide the diameter, height, and material options. You may contact us via phone or email with this information, or simply fill out the form at the bottom. Additionally, feel free to attach or email any photos or drawings.

Step 2 – Finalise details and place order

Once you have narrowed down the material options, checked any additional items required, and chosen the finishes, it is time to place the order. We will prepare an invoice for the deposit and confirm the necessary measurements required.

Step 3 – Drawings

We will create the drawings for your chosen spiral. Drawings for a custom-made spiral staircase are essential to ensure that the entry and exit points function properly in the setting and that the spiral platform is positioned correctly. Once approved, the spiral can be produced.

Step 4 – Delivery

Manufacture takes between 8-10 weeks depending on the complexity and finish of the spiral. Once the spiral is with the transport company you will receive a call directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
