What information do you need to work out a price?

The two primary factors that determine the price of a spiral staircase are the floor-to-floor height and the diameter. The height allows us to calculate the correct number of steps, which enables us to provide an accurate quotation. Unless otherwise specified, the initial quotation will be based on standard materials and will include a list of all possible upgrades at the bottom. Depending on the progress of your build, it is unlikely that you will have a perfect specification in mind when initially inquiring about a spiral staircase; therefore, we have found this transparent pricing method very beneficial to clients.

The Process

Step 1 – Quotation

Please choose a model and specify the diameter, height, and material options. You may contact us via phone or email with this information, or simply complete the form at the bottom. Additionally, you are welcome to attach or email any photos or drawings.

Step 2 – Finalise details and place order

After you have selected the material options, reviewed any additional items needed, and chosen the finishes, it is time to place the order. We will prepare an invoice for the deposit and confirm the necessary measurements.

Step 3 – Drawings

We will create the drawings for your chosen spiral. Drawings for a custom-made spiral staircase are essential to ensure that the entry and exit points function properly in the setting and that the spiral platform is positioned correctly. Once approved, the spiral can be produced.

Step 4 – Delivery

Once drawings have been approved, production of all custom made models takes around 8-10 weeks to complete. Once the spiral is with the transport company you will receive a call directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
