Bespoke Timber Staircase Farnham

Our customer was refurnishing her property and needed to replace the existing drab, bulky staircase which dominated the hallway. A fresh, exposed timber staircase was required and we supplied just that! Solid Oak treads with a special top cut white stringer to the exposed side and glass infill panels sat in groves in the stringer & handrail which removed the requirement for clamps. Risers were enclosed (for under-stair storage) and were again in white which made a great contrast with the Oak. We significantly enlarged the bottom two steps to create more of an entrance to the flight and added a wall mounted handrail on two walls. We continued the glass panels in the landing balustrade above the stairwell.

Bespoke Half Turn Staircase

The New Age Style staircase has a uniquely shaped stringer which matches the rise and going of the treads. It adds a little element of design to the ‘traditional’ double stringer design. This design can be complemented with a number of different balustrade options including glass panels, horizontal stainless bars and stainless mesh infills. It can be supplied as a straight flight, quarter or half turn and can be purchase with open or closed risers.
