Each spiral is custom-made, ensuring that every staircase is unique and tailored to the specific floor-to-floor height, diameter, and rotation required by the property. Clients have the option to select from glass or acrylic treads and various balustrade designs for the perimeter.

As a bespoke creation, each spiral is meticulously planned from the start to ensure the correct positioning of the entry and exit points. The placement of the first and last steps is crucial for integration with the building’s traffic flow and setting. Once the design is approved, it takes approximately 9-10 weeks to manufacture the Model 76 spiral.

The staircase includes a top platform that aligns with the upper floor level. We often provide matching landing balustrade to safeguard the floor opening, tailored to the exact length or curvature needed.
